All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, including custom and made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Exchanges / Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or exchange in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective item

• You received an incorrect item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Situations

Replacements or exchanges will not be provided for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor color variations due to screen settings

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order details (size, color, shipping address) before completing checkout. Gordon Creative Expressions is not responsible for errors made at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
